Different minds. Shared voices. Fairer futures.

Welcome — here you’ll find a collection of projects and initiatives I’m involved in, each supporting neurodivergent people in a different way.

Some create space for people to share their stories. Some challenge systems that don’t work fairly for everyone. Some use creativity, conversation, radio, music and lived experience to build understanding, confidence and connection.

What links them all is a belief that people who think, feel, process and experience the world differently should not have to fight to be heard, included or taken seriously.

These projects are about voice, visibility and change — celebrating difference, creating community, and helping build a world where neurodivergent people can belong, contribute and thrive.

Wired Differently is a growing platform celebrating neurodiverse voices, lived experience, creativity and connection.

Born from a desire to create space for people who think, feel, process and experience the world differently, Wired Differently is about changing the conversation around ADHD, autism, dyslexia, mental health and other forms of neurodivergence.

Through radio, storytelling, community conversations and lived-experience sharing, the project aims to reduce stigma, increase understanding and create a sense of belonging for people who may have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood.

At its heart, Wired Differently is about saying:

You are not broken. You are not alone. You are wired differently — and there is power in that.

What we do:

  • share real stories and lived experiences
  • create conversations around neurodiversity, identity and wellbeing
  • celebrate creativity, resilience and different ways of thinking
  • connect people, families, allies, professionals and communities

WIRED DIFFERENTLY - THE NEURODIVERSE HOUR

Different Voices. One Song. is a creative community project about bringing people together through voice, story, music and shared experience.

The project celebrates individuality while recognising the power of collective connection. Each person has a different voice, a different story, and a different way of seeing the world — but when those voices come together, they can create something powerful, moving and meaningful.

This initiative is especially rooted in inclusion, neurodiversity, community and belonging. It offers a way for people to be seen and heard, whether through spoken word, music, radio, performance, storytelling or collaborative creative work.

The project aims to:

  • bring together people from different backgrounds and experiences
  • celebrate neurodiverse and underrepresented voices
  • use creativity, music and storytelling as tools for connection
  • build confidence and self-expression
  • create a shared piece of work, event, recording or performance
  • show that difference can be a source of strength, not separation

FAIR HIRING NETWORK

FAIR HIRING NETWORK

Fair Hiring Network is a people-powered UK initiative campaigning for a fairer, clearer and more respectful recruitment process — from job advert to job offer.

It brings together jobseekers, employees, HR professionals, employers and hiring advocates who believe that recruitment should be transparent, accountable and accessible to everyone.

The project focuses on the real experiences of people navigating today’s job market, including unclear job adverts, missing salary information, ghosting after interviews, inconsistent communication, unpaid tasks, opaque selection processes and roles that do not match what was advertised.

Hiring should be fair everywhere, every time.

Fair Hiring Network aims to:

  • give jobseekers a voice
  • collect lived experiences through the UK Jobseekers Interview Experience Survey
  • raise awareness of unfair and inconsistent hiring practices
  • campaign for clearer, more transparent recruitment
  • encourage employers and hiring professionals to improve standards
  • support a movement for dignity, fairness and accountability in the job market

I support FAIR HIRING!
